Included in this kit are all the major components tailored specifically for use on Triumph inline 6 engines. Crisp throttle response that will transform the car. No more swapping jets! With this kit you will no longer need to find a local mechanic that will charge you an arm and a leg for having your carbs sent out. Your fuel system will also be replaced with a modern high pressure regulated system that will save you from relying on that reproduction mechanical pump. Your kids will thank you when you pass onto them a turn-key car that always works! What’s included in this kit. Fuel rail kit with AN6 fittings and hardware. 6 Bosch fuel injectors. ECU (EFI computer) + USB cable. Plug and play wiring harness. Throttle position sensor, idle air control valve, coolant temperature sensor, MAP sensor, intake air temp sensor. Oxygen sensor controller + genuine bosch wideband 02 Sensor. Braided steel throttle cable kit. AN6 fuel line kit (Includes 20ft of AN6 steel braided fuel line + fittings). Fuel filter/regulator – this does a combination of regulate the pressure and filter the fuel. High Pressure EFI fuel pump, mounting clamps, isolation sleeve and fittings. K and N air filter. This feature is only recommended for cars that have air conditioning and is not required/needed for non-ac cars. High level Overview/Feature’s. Aluminum Fuel injection manifold, designed in CAD, CFD tested and built with CNC machined flanges/components for maximum accuracy. CNC machined common fuel rail with AN6 ORB threaded fittings. Manifold has 2 vacuum fittings on the body for the brake booster, PCV or any other vacuum accessories. Brand new throttle body. Manifold integrates Air temperature sensor, Throttle position sensor, MAP sensor and optional idle air control sensor. 6 injectors integrated into the manifold for consistent fueling and crisp throttle response. Wideband 02 sensor in the exhaust constantly monitors and perfects the air fuel ratio. Self- learning/tuning algorithm on ECU. Plug and play wiring harness made in a professional automotive facility specifically for these cars. Harness has outputs to control fuel pump, electronic tachometer, electric fan, shift light and more! K and N reusable air filter (1 million mile guarantee by K and N). Fuel filter/regulator that lasts 40,000-60,000 miles. Braided steel throttle cable. Supports and has been tested on stock, modified and race engines (220 HP maximum limited by injector size). Supports forced induction without any changes to the hardware, only fuel mapping. All sensors, injectors, throttle body and fuel filter are sourced from Ford/GM applications that routinely last 200,000 miles+. Replacement parts are readily available at local auto chains or online if ever needed. This kit was made with a few things in mind. Ease of installation, reliability and solid performance in an aesthetically pleasing package that will not dramatically alter the car’s appearance. The harness is made to “stand-alone” meaning the only connection it makes into the factory wiring loom is for a switched +12v, the rest of the connections are contained to the plug and play harness. The harness allows anyone who can do basic automotive wiring jobs such as installing a radio to install EFI. The way this kit is configured you do not need to mount a trigger wheel or tricky crankshaft sensor as the ECU simply connects to the negative terminal of the ignition coil and “listens” for an RPM. The factory distributor, 123 programmable or any distributor for that matter will continue to control spark as if carb’s were still installed. However the harness is also made to be expandable should the user decide they want to go with a fuel+spark setup. 1 Mount manifold and run throttle cable. 2 Install coolant temp sensor in the water pump housing. 3 Install oxygen sensor in exhaust. 4 Plug high pressure fuel lines, pump and filter. 5Install plug and play harness. 6Hook up the laptop and follow my video instructions to do an auto-tune session. 7Drive and let the auto-tune do its magic.
